Crossing is a mix-use residential building located in Potomac Yards, Alexandria, VA. The site is located between the new proposed metro location, Virginia Tech Innovation Campus, and an existing single-family residential area. Crossing is meant to be a community space that celebrates the diverse lifestyles that come together in a city.

Crossing is expected to house commuters, families, and young-adults; creating a space that is ideal for long-term and short-term residents. The site consists of four buildings with sixty-four units per building. The units are a mix of micro, single, double, and triple apartments.
